It has been almost 30 years since the Sanderson sisters were last unleashed. Introduced in the treasured 1993 outing, Hocus Pocus, Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy star as Winifred “Winnie” Sanderson, Sarah Sanderson, and Mary Sanderson, three witches who are inadvertently resurrected by a virgin teenage boy in Salem, Massachusetts, on Halloween night. The first Hocus Pocus has since become a family favorite, with fans having waited very patiently for a sequel to take shape.
