On Sept. 2, Netflix will premiere a trio of Ivy + Bean movies based on the New York Times bestselling book series by Annie Barrows and Sophie Blackall. Featuring Keslee Blalock and Madison Sky Validum as the titular leads, the series will consist of three movies which will all be made available for streaming on the same day. Each installment will have Ivy and Bean at the center but with completely different storylines.

The trio starts with Ivy + Bean, directed by Elissa Down and written by Kathy Waugh. The adaptation is produced by Anne Brogan and Melanie Stokes with Mandy Spencer-Phillips executive producing. Along with Blalock and Validum, the film stars Lidya Jewett, Garfield Wilson, Marci T. House, Jaycie Dotin, Innocent Ekakitie, and Nia Vardalos. Three Ivy + Bean Movies Will Premiere Together on Netflix

The second installment is called Ivy + Bean: The Ghost That Had to Go. This one is also directed by Down and written by Waugh. Along with the returning cast members from Ivy + Bean, part two also features Mia Swaminathan, Ava Marchfelder, Roman Pesino, Jesse Gervasi, Claire Smid, and Sasha Pieterse with Jane Lynch. Finally, the series culminates with Ivy + Bean: Doomed to Dance. In the final chapter of the trilogy, again directed by Down and written by Waugh, Jesse Tyler Ferguson joins the cast with the returning actors from the first two films.
