Jeff Tremaine directed Jackass Forever and produced with Johnny Knoxville and Spike Jonze. Knoxville also returned along with fellow franchise stars Steve-O, Chris Pontius, Dave England, Wee Man, Danger Ehren, and Preston Lacy. New cast members also came into the film to participate in the stunts, such as Sean McInerney, Zach Holmes, Jasper Dolphin, Eric Manaka, and Rachel Wolfson. You can read the official synopsis below.

This could be the final film in the Jackass series. While Johnny Knoxville has teased that more movies could be made with a new cast, there are no plans currently in the works for any new films. For the longtime fans, it just wouldn’t be the same without Knoxville being there to welcome the viewers to Jackass at the very start. In any case, Knoxville has said he won’t be doing any more dangerous stunts after he was seriously injured filming a segment with an angry bull for Jackass Forever. Knoxville knows that it could have ended worse and the 51-year-old doesn’t want to push his luck any longer.

“Older and grayer but not wiser, Johnny Knoxville and the gang are back for another outrageous round of stunts and bad ideas. With new friends and loads of celebrity guest stars, the crew take pranks to ridiculous lengths where absolutely no one is safe and all senses are frayed.from exploding port-a-potties to hockey pucks to the nuts and performing magic for an unamused bull, Jackass Forever is a hilarious roller coaster ride like you’ve never experienced before.”

“I’ve done enough. I don’t have anything to prove. I have kids to raise. That’s the most important thing,” Knoxville told Variety last year.

Jackass Forever was released on Blu-ray and DVD on April 19, 2022.
