In honor of the 28th anniversary of the James Cameron action movie True Lies, star Jamie Lee Curtis shared the story of shooting one of the most memorable scenes of her career for the film. In the movie, Curtis played a housewife who is shocked to learn that her husband (Arnold Schwarzenegger) has secretly been working as a superspy. The two end up working together to foil the sinister plans of a terrorist organization.

At one point in the film, Curtis must be pulled from a speeding limousine by her husband in a helicopter above. Taking to Facebook, Curtis shared a behind-the-scenes image from the making of this scene. In the photo, she can be seen suspended from the helicopter accompanied by Cameron and his camera. Curtis praises her stunt double for doing most of the work but notes that she did have to actually fly from the chopper to pick up one particular shot, and the actress describes what that experience was like.

The popularity of True Lies has endured as the film is widely considered to be among the best action movies of the 1990s. There have been sequel talks over the years due to the popularity and success of the movie, but they never quite panned out. More recently, it was announced in May that Anthony Hemingway would direct a True Lies reboot television series. Steve Howey and Ginger Gonzaga will star in the lead roles.

Still, for many fans, there will never be any topping the original movie.
