5 Django Unchained

The film has a brilliant, Academy Award-winning screenplay and features several memorable performances. Jonah Hill has a hilarious cameo as Bag Head #2, who is a dimwitted member of a white supremacist group. Although Hill’s screen time may be minimal, he certainly delivers some funny moments. The film features a good blend of comedy and drama, and several violent, action scenes along the way.

Hail, Caesar! follows a Hollywood fixer, played by Josh Brolin, who becomes involved with the investigation of the disappearance of movie star Baird Whitlock (George Clooney). The film features an ensemble cast of many A-list actors, including Scarlett Johansson, Tilda Swinton, and Channing Tatum. Jonah Hill plays a supporting character named Joe Silverman who is a finance agent for the film studio. The film features terrific performances, an intriguing story, and several breathtaking set designs.

The script is fantastic, and both Pitt and Hill were nominated for Academy Awards for their performances. The film is heartfelt and extremely inspirational from beginning to end. Miller, once again, shows us his sheer capabilities as a filmmaker. The cast also includes Philip Seymour Hoffman and Chris Pratt.

Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence play the astronomers among an ensemble cast of A-list actors including Mark Rylance, Cate Blanchett, and Meryl Streep. Jonah Hill plays the spoiled, entitled son of President Orlean (Streep). Hill is an absolute scene-stealer every minute that he is on-screen. The film as a whole is a brilliant interpretation of how the country would react to an apocalyptic situation. It has comedy, drama, and touches on several important political issues.
