What to Expect From Rabbit Hole

     Paramount+

Rabbit Hole poses the question of how to take on individuals with such immense power and control over entire populations and the extent one would go to clear their name and seek justice. The show promises to be an intense and thrilling ride as Weir exhausts all his resources to uncover the truth and clear his name while also dealing with the powerful and influential individuals who framed him. Audiences can anticipate similar elements of the spy and action genres as seen in other thrillers and Sutherland’s prior performances. What is certain is that when Kiefer Sutherland is cast in an action thriller, there’s always someone out to get him.

Rabbit Hole boasts a talented ensemble cast in addition to Kiefer Sutherland’s leading role as John Weir. Rob Yang, known for his role in Succession, will play a high-ranking government official who becomes embroiled in a mysterious scheme that could potentially change the course of the world. It remains to be seen whether Yang’s character will be a friend or foe to Weir. Wendy Makkena, who has appeared in A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood, will play Debra, a respected news anchor who receives a major scoop but must verify its credibility before going public.

The supporting cast also includes Charles Dance, known for his role in Game of Thrones, who will play Dr. Ben Wilson, Meta Golding from Empire, who plays Hailey Winton, Enid Graham of Mare of Easttown, in the role of Josephine “Jo” Madi, Ozark’s Jason Butler Harner as Valence, and Walt Clink as an intern. Currently, there is no information about these characters’ roles in the story and how they connect to Weir’s character.

Rabbit Hole is set to premiere on Paramount+ on Mar. 26.
