We lost the great Leslie Jordan in October, but before his passing, the funnyman filmed a few final projects, giving fans a chance to see a little bit more of him posthumously. Jordan, famous for his work on Will & Grace, American Horror Story, Call Me Kat, and many other shows, was killed in a car accident in Hollywood. He was just 67 years old, too young to go for someone who still had so much left to give.

In death, Jordan will invite fans into the home he was living in when he was still with us. He had recently done some filming for the rebooted MTV Cribs, a television program that takes viewers into the real-life homes of some of their favorite celebrities. MTV has also released a clip from the Leslie Jordan episode following its premiere on Thursday, and you can check that out below.

MOVIEWEB VIDEO OF THE DAY

The tour of Jordan’s home includes a look at a Buddha’s hand tree that he dubs “Buddha’s fingers.” Jordan jokes that he’s “scared to death” of the tree along with its fruit, comparing it to Little Shop of Horrors. Jordan notes that the fruit from the tree is so “scary looking” that he often take it and throws it right off the balcony to the ground far below. A peek at the ground shows that he’s not kidding about that part.

“The rumor was, when I first moved here, that Tupac lived in this building,” Jordan also says in the footage, revealing that he later learned he was living in the late rapper’s actual apartment. “Tupac lived here. Sometimes I just feel like a rebel and a thug, and I know that’s Tupac talking to me!”

Jordan also showcases his bedroom, which he refers to as “the Boudoir.” He also shows off an image of himself as a 19-year-old jockey on the race track, pointing out the mustache he had grown at the time in an effort to mask his homosexuality.

“I wasn’t really completely out. I didn’t want everybody around the race track to know that I was gay,” Jordan says in the video.

Shortly before his passing, Jordan had also announced to his followers on social media that he’d bought a new condo in Los Angeles. He posted a video of himself on Instagram singing and dancing as part of a celebration of getting a place he was clearly every excited to move into. The actor gushed in the footage about how proud he was to purchase his first condo at the age of 67.
