ABC Family has cast recording artist Jesse McCartney (“Summerland") in a role that will fuel the rivalry between the Kappa Tau’s and Omega Chi’s. McCartney will play Andy, a high school friend of Calvin’s (Paul James), who also happens to be a highly sought after pledge. Greek returns for its sophomore season on ABC Family in Spring 2009. Ken Marino (Veronica Mars, Reaper) is also set to guest star in the mid-season premiere as a fellow summer camp counselor with Rusty, played by Jacob Zachar....

The ugly side of Star Wars fandom reared its head again this year when Moses Ingram was subjected to online abuse from trolls for her role in Obi-Wan Kenobi. Jussie Smollett is a free man. In just under a week from when he was sentenced to serve 150 days behind bars for orchestrating a faux hate crime against himself in January 2019, Deadline reported that Smollett would be exiting the facility on Wednesday. This news comes from a one-page order from the Illinois Appellate Court, which granted the motion from the former Empire star’s attorneys for a stay of the sentence and follows the sentencing judge denying their first motion for appeal last week....

Actor Laurence Fishburne talks about coming on board to this hit CBS series It was officially announced this morning that Laurence Fishburne has signed on to replace series star William Petersen in the hit CBS drama CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. The quick look at season eleven delivers more witty insults, dished out in the fast-paced, heavily-accented Letterkenny fashion as Daryl, Katy, and Dan make fun of Wayne’s new reflective sunglasses. Gangs of New York was released in 2002, quickly becoming another beloved movie in Martin Scorsese’s filmography. The film is based on the 1927 novel by Herbert Asbury, and it appears Scorsese isn’t done with his universe.
