Univision and Nuyorican Productions today announced the international all-star cast of one of the most anticipated television events on Spanish-language TV, Como Ama Una Mujer" (How a Woman Loves), featuring Golden Globe and GRAMMY nominated superstar Jennifer Lopez as creator and executive producer. The five-part dramatic mini-series will debut on the Univision Television Network this fall. An original production filmed in Mexico, Como Ama Una Mujer is inspired by the lyrics of Lopez’ first Spanish-language album of the same name released earlier this year....

Rob McElhenney and Charlie Day are writing a new sitcom for the still untitled Apple streaming service. In addition to writing and co-creating this Apple Video Game Comedy, McElhenney will also star in the show. Details are scarce, but the “cutting edge” show will take place within a video game development studio and will “explore the intricacies of the human condition through hilarious and innovative ways.” Coming from two of the dudes from It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, the new comedy should be pretty off-kilter....

Luckily, there are 14 seasons of It’s Always Sunny to go binge watch at a time like this. McElhenney is currently out promoting his Apple TV Plus comedy Mythic Quest, which just debuted its first virtual episode as a result of what’s going on in the world....

While many out there await the return of Daniel Craig as 007, it seems the wait may be a bit longer than intended. MI6.co.uk is reporting that production on James Bond 23 has been delayed because of the financial situation at the franchise’s distributor, MGM. Here’s some of what producer Michael G. While we reported last month that the franchise’s new screenwriter Peter Morgan claimed this film had a “shocking story,” it seems that the story isn’t entirely locked down as of yet, according to Wilson....

The script has been adapted by James Solomon based on Jonathan Mahler’s novel Ladies and Gentlemen, the Bronx Is Burning: 1977, Baseball, Politics, and the Battle for the Soul of a City. A kaleidoscopic portrait of New York City in 1977, the story of two epic battles: the fight between Yankee slugger Reggie Jackson and team manager Billy Martin, and the battle between Mario Cuomo and Ed Koch for the citys mayorship....

After the end of Fuller House on Netflix, will we ever see the Tanner family back on the small screen again? We just might, as star Jodie Sweetin is open to the idea of playing an older Stephanie Tanner in another sequel series several years from now. In the original series, Full House, Sweetin played Stephanie as a child. She reprise the role as one of the series leads when Fuller House was developed at Netflix....

The John Wick saga is about to unleash its fourth installment, with Keanu Reeves once again returning as the titular super-assassin. However, even though John Wick 5 is also in development, it was almost possible the series would have ended after John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum, and it would have never resolved its cliffhanger conclusion, according to director Chad Stahelski. While many fans are awaiting John Wick: Chapter 4’s arrival, Stahelski has revealed in a new interview with Total Film that both he and Reeves were “done” with the franchise and just wanted to end the films before having to push it too far....

Veteran actor Johnny Depp is feeling optimistic about his future after recently accepting a prestigious award. The Daily Mail reports that Depp recently appeared in Belgrade, Serbia during a ceremony honoring Serbian Statehood Day. This was because the actor had been involved with many projects in the area. At the ceremony, Depp was awarded wuith a Gold Medal of Merit by Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, who cited Depp’s “outstanding merits in public and cultural activities, especially in the field of film art and the promotion of the Republic of Serbia in the world....

After signing a pact with HBO upon leave of his hit Comedy Central mainstay The Daily Show, any and all news for what Jon Stewart has been up to in the meantime has been very quiet. It was originally announced that the pay cable network and the comedian were embarking on an animated project together, but that was soon shelved. Now comes word via Business Insider that Jon Stewart is returning to stand-up comedy with his first special in over twenty years....

While director Joseph Kosinski’s highly-anticipated film Tron Legacy doesn’t hit theaters until December 17, he’s still working on a new remake project as well. MTV Movies Blog recently caught up with Kosinski, who had a few updates to give on his new film The Black Hole, and confirmed it would be a straight-up reboot. He also talked about what elements he planned on keeping from the 1979 original film in his new reimagined film....

A new Formula One docuseries is reportedly in the works at Disney+ with Keanu Reeves on board to host. Per Variety, the untitled series will consist of four parts with a particular focus on Formula 1 managing director Ross Brawn. Reeves has been speaking openly about the project, confirming his involvement, while the series is also expected to include names like former Ferrari chariman Luca di Montezemolo and drivers Jenson Button and Rubens Barrichello, as well as Brawn himself....

We are very close to seeing the first trailer for Clerks III, the third installment of the trilogy that began with Kevin Smith’s first movie in 1994. After the 2006 sequel Clerks II, it started to seem like we’d seen the last of Dante and Randal at the Quick Stop. In recent years, the long-gestating third film was finally put back on track and has since completed filming. With a new Twitter post, Smith reveals that the first trailer will officially release on July 6....

In 2014, Adult Swim aired a short-lived series entitled King Star King, a show that was described by series creator J.J. Villard as “He-Man on drugs.” It followed the eponymous King Star King on a series of surreal, sexualized, and sordid adventures throughout the Gigantiverse, punctuated by hypnotic animation, off-model squashing and stretching, and copious amounts of drug use. Some found the show incredibly off-putting, both in its unhinged writing and vulgar animation style....

Paramount Television and Anonymous Content are putting together a new adaptation of Catch-22, bringing in A-list star George Clooney in to star in the six-part limited series.
