One person many fans would love to see show up is Colleen Wing, a character played by Jessica Henwick who appeared in Iron Fist and other Marvel shows on Netflix....

The verdicts are in for the defamation trial involving Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. This legal battle dates back years, stemming from Heard had publicly described herself as a survivor of physical and sexual abuse in an op-ed written for The Washington Post in 2018. While she did not name Depp in the article, Depp says the connection was clear after Heard alleged that he had assaulted her in 2016....

Hollywood veteran Kirstie Alley has sadly passed away. The news was announced through a post on the official Instagram account for the actress who first rose to fame with her breakthrough role in the beloved sitcom Cheers. The post includes an image of Alley on a bicycle along with a statement announcing that the actress has died following a private battle with cancer. She was 71 years old. “We are sad to inform you that our incredible, fierce and loving mother has passed away after a battle with cancer, only recently discovered,” reads the post, which is signed by True and Lillie Parker....

83rd Annual Academy Awards telecast producers Bruce Cohen and Don Mischer today announced the artists who will perform the nominated songs on the Kodak Theatre stage on Oscar Night. Gwyneth Paltrow will perform “Coming Home” from the film Country Strong. Original Song nominee A.R. Rahman and Florence Welch, of Florence + the Machine, will perform “If I Rise” from the film 127 Hours. Rahman is nominated for writing the music (Dido and Roland ‘Rollo’ Armstrong are also nominated for the song’s lyric)....

Shazam!: Fury of the Gods is eyeing a 2023 release after years of production and delays. The direct sequel to Shazam! (2019), the film will feature Zachary Levi’s and Asher Angel’s Billy Batson face-off Kalypso and Hespera along with the rest of his Shazam family.
