After an attack on his house, Tony is left assumed dead with a failing suit, and must use all his abilities to uncover the truth and survive....

We’ve got some potentially bad news for Saturday Night Live fans, as fan favorite performer Kate McKinnon is reportedly considering her exit from the series. Her contract with the series will be expiring with the conclusion of Season 44, and McKinnon has not yet signed an extension to keep her around. Because of her continued success outside of SNL and increased work with other creative endeavors, McKinnon and her team are said to still be mulling over the choice to sign a new contract or go ahead and walk away from the series....

The full list of nominations for this year’s Academy Awards was recently released, and Aretha Franklin’s family couldn’t help but notice a glaring omission. Last year, the Queen of Soul’s life story was told in the acclaimed biopic Respect with Jennifer Hudson portraying the late singer. Hudson’s portrayal received widespread praise as the consensus among critics was that she totally nailed the role. She’d certainly fit right in with the other Best Actress nominees, but for whatever reason, Hudson and Respect didn’t make the cut....

Academy Award-nominated actress Joan Cusack has joined the cast of Showtime’s new one-hour drama series Shameless. Cusack, who will appear in all 12 episodes of the series, will play the role of Sheila, an agoraphobic Chicago housewife with a sexually active teenage daughter who strikes up a special friendship with William H. Macy’s character, Frank Gallagher. Production on the first season begins in mid-September, with the series premiering on Showtime, Sunday, January 9th at 9:00 PM ET/PT....

John Travolta has been a household name for years now. The actor has gone on to star in many films since joining the scene in the 1970s. Technology has become an increasingly important part of everyday lives, even if these devices and programs are not as secure as one may think. In 2021, Facebook revealed that roughly 533 million users had a data breach involving them occur before 2019, one that exposed addresses, phone numbers, locations, and much more to hackers. Facebook, in this case, chose not to inform any of the victims of this breach. This is not the first time a company like Facebook has had a breach like this....

Leighton Meester has announced that she is leaving Gossip Girl, says The Hollywood Reporter. Of course, the show could be over before she makes her actual departure, as the actress is going to abide by her contract, which has her appearing on the popular CW series for two more seasons. After which, she will say good-bye to her character Blair Waldorf. While Meester stated that she loves working on the show, and living in New York, she believes that it is important to explore other projects, and that producers have been understanding about her departure....

It seems that CBS has found a director for their upcoming remake pilot and he comes from the feature film world. IESB.net is reporting that filmmaker Len Wiseman has come aboard to direct the pilot for CBS’ reboot Hawaii Five-O. Wiseman will direct a growing cast that includes Alex O’Loughlin, who will play the lead of Steve McGarrett, Taryn Manning, who will play Mary Ann McGarrett, Steve’s sister, and Daniel Dae Kim, who will play Detective Chin Ho Kelly....

Shuri is back on set. Per BBC News, Letitia Wright has fully recovered from the injury she suffered while filming Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and has resumed filming on the sequel. In August, it was reported that Wright had suffered what was thought at the time to be a minor injury. It was later determined that she had sustained injuries that were more significant than originally thought, requiring months of recovery....

Netflix’s incorporation of some brilliant South Asian films and shows is definitely commendable. Never Have I Ever being one of the recent hits, it is undeniable that the South Asian culture is having its influence on this streaming platform. Interestingly, Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi takes a different approach to illustrating South Asian society. The film is based on a chapter from S. Hussain Zaidi’s book Mafia Queens of Mumbai and as the title suggests, the film is about one badass mafia queen and is based on a true story....

Comedian George Lopez and his unique take on the late-night landscape has been given a premiere date. According to Variety, Lopez’s new late-night talk show, dubbed Lopez Tonight, will premiere on November 9 at 11 PM on TBS. The show will be filmed on the Warner Bros. lot and the show will have a jump on the network late-night talk shows, airing a half-hour earlier than The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien and Late Show with David Letterman....

Fans of things that a lot of people liked in the 90s got a big nostalgia kick a couple of years ago when Disney Channel aired the first episode of Girl Meets World. The series has been a successful spinoff of Boy Meets World and is currently nearing the end of its third season, which will conclude on January 20.
