The horror-tinged series barely begins before giant demons are bursting into the center of Seoul and torturing one poor member of the public to death. The New York Film Festival announced today that Clint Eastwood’s upcoming film Hereafter will be the closing film of The 48th New York Film Festival, which will run from September 24 through October 10. The closing night gala screening will take place on October 10, just 12 days before the film is set to hit theaters on October 22. The Good The picture quality of this movie is terrific. The images on the screen look as if they are in 3D. The Bad Kevin Bacon, one of America’s best actors, is pretty bad in this movie. Hollow Man had so much potential. I really thought that Kevin Bacon playing a scientist who becomes invisible could really be done well. IFC Films has released a new teaser for Vesper ahead of its premiere next month at the Crystal Globe Competition of the 56th Karlovy Vary International Film Festival. Jordan Peele’s latest directorial outing, Nope, is full of mystery, symbolism, and a fair share of terror.
