USA Network has granted In Plain Sight a final eight episode pick-up, which will air Spring 2012 and constitute the final season of the popular show. In Plain Sight’s fourth season ended Sunday August 7th, on a positive note with this season’s finale rising 6% over last year’s finale. The season average for the series brought 4.9 million viewers and double-digit gains in major demos. Mary McCormack stars as U.S. marshal Mary Shannon, assigned to the Albuquerque Wit-Sec (witness protection) program....

In Pursuit With John Walsh has now helped to find its 12th fugitive, thanks to a viewer tip. The Discovery true crime series helped lead to the arrest of William Stanton, an alleged sexual predator. The show is currently in its second season for the network after four successful seasons on CNN, going back to 2014. During its original 4-season run, Walsh was able to help bring in 19 living fugitives, along with one who was killed, and three more who were already deceased....

While previous installments have followed a pattern of intense showdowns between a constantly vigilant Strode and supernaturally strong Myers, Jamie Lee Curtis says the conclusion is nothing like fans have seen from the franchise before. Curtis, who has played the iconic “final girl” Strode in several Halloween installments, teased that her character has finally moved on from Myers’ reign of terror—leaving her vulnerable when he returns home yet again....

Harry Anderson, star of the NBC series Night Court and the 1990 IT miniseries, has died at the age of 65. The actor was found at his home in Asheville, North Carolina. Police confirmed the news of his passing to The Hollywood Reporter. Here’s what Asheville PD’s Public Affairs officer Christina Hallingse had to say. Though he became known as an actor, Harry Anderson never sought out the profession. Anderson was born on October 14, 1952, in Newport, Rhode Island....

Hawkeye director Rhys Thomas has revealed some intriguing details surrounding Marvel’s upcoming Disney+ series, stating that the events of the show will take place two years after the events of Avengers: Endgame. This means that Hawkeye will jump from 2023 to 2025, or possibly from 2023 to 2024, which either way will make the series the latest entry in the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s timeline. What this will mean for the series, and even the MCU going forward remains to be seen, but Hawkeye could potentially be our best lead into the future projects, particularly December’s big screen outing Spider-Man: No Way Home, perhaps setting the stage for this slight time-jump....
