Doggies not Bunnies were the honored guests at the Playboy Mansion, when Much Love and Dog.com presented their annual Bow Wow Wow fundraiser. Among the pet friendly celebs were Haylie and Hillary Duff, Grey’s Anatomy star, Sara Ramirez, William Peterson (CSI), and an assortment of Playmates including Christine Smith who is fostering a litter of kittens for the cause. Even Hef’s favorite squeeze Holly Madison (The Girls Next Door), got into the act, posing prettily here with one of the pampered pets....

Fans of The Golden Girls might want to check out the next project from Glee star Jane Lynch. Speaking with reporters in the backstage press room at the Creative Arts Emmys, Lynch revealed she will co-star with ’80s pop star Cyndi Lauper in a new comedy series for Netflix. While Lynch at first noted she wasn’t sure if she could speak about it, she then opened up with some more details about the show....

The cast of Ballerina continues to expand. Now in production in Prague, Ballerina is a spinoff of Keanu Reeves’ John Wick movie series. Set in the same world, the spinoff introduces Ana de Armas as another deadly assassin who utilizes her skills to carry out vengeance against those who killed her family. Per Lionsgate, it has now been announced that Oscar nominee Catalina Sandino Moreno has just closed a deal to star opposite de Armas in the film, though details on her role haven’t yet been revealed....

One more actor has joined the cast of No Heroics - Josh Gad, best known for his role on Back to You. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Gad will be playing a character known as Horse Force, who has the ability to summon horses. Horse Force works at the bar where the main characters hang out, and was a former classmate of theirs from Superhero College. The main heroes of the show are played by Paul Campbell, Arielle Kebbel and Eliza Coup....

I recently had the chance to speak with Kurtwood Smith for Dead Poets Society, which makes its Blu-ray debut January 17. The actor also spoke about his role voicing Lieutenant Gordon in the upcoming Cartoon Network series Beware the Batman, which will premiere in 2013. The show will be a part of the network’s new DC Nation animation block, which also includes Young Justice and Green Lantern: The Animated Series. Here’s what Kurtwood Smith had to say about the show....

During its run on HBO, Game of Thrones had dominated as one of the world’s most popular television shows, pulling in fans from everywhere as people grew more invested in the story with each season. By season eight, which would be the final season of the series, Game of Thrones was more popular than ever, but most of those same fans were quick to turn on the show by the time the last episode had aired....

The Good This movie is probably the greatest horror movie ever. Period. The Bad I for some reason thought that this release would have more extras. Halloween is Director John Carpenter’s early masterwork. Like Orson Welles before him, he may or may not ever recapture the brilliance of this film in his other work (although he came pretty close with movies like Christine and The Thing, but that in no way stops the magic from flowing....

Season 2 of Halo is now in production. After the first season of the video game adaptation premiered on Paramount+ in March, it was met with instant success, drawing very high viewership to set the record with the most-watched series premiere in the streaming platform’s history. Overall, season 1 was the second-most watched original series on Paramount+, behind only the smash hit western series 1883. Paramount+ execs had been anticipating a good result, as Halo had already been renewed for season 2 ahead of the first season’s premiere....

NBC Universal announced details of the Heroes World Tour presented by Nissan, the first global marketing initiative of its kind, as 12 cast members of the Emmy Award-nominated drama will travel to eight countries around the world in eight days, beginning August 26, 2007.
