While we don’t get to see a whole lot, this footage starts with a wholesome family celebration, set to an orchestral version of the iconic song “America the Beautiful,” although this footage quickly takes a twisted turn....

Fuller House star John Stamos has opened up about the current status of Lori Loughlin on the series. After her name was tarnished for being a part of the infamous college admissions scandal, Loughlin was reportedly given a pink slip by Netflix. This meant Aunt Becky wouldn’t be showing up in the upcoming fifth and final season of Fuller House, but Stamos himself still isn’t sure how the series will be addressing the character’s absence....

Harold & Kumar creators Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg are have signed on to direct Universal’s American Pie 4, which opens the door for newcomer Todd Strauss Schulson to direct A Very Harold & Kumar Christmas, which marks the third installment in the Harold & Kumar franchise. According to Risky Business, Hurwitz and Schlossberg are already penning the fourth installment, which seeks to reunite the cast of the original movies. No deals have been made, but the strong interest on the actors’ end is one reason the project is in high gear....

After being put on an indefinite hold earlier this year, there has been little said about Disney’s Beauty and the Beast spin-off series Little Town, which would have seen Luke Evans and Josh Gad reprising their roles of Gaston and LeFou, respectively. After making their first appearance in the live-action remake of Disney’s 1991 classic, the huge popularity of the movie saw a spin-off announced soon after, but as Gad recently explained to Collider, it seems that the spin-off show’s ambition was perhaps its downfall....

Keira Knightley is making her U.S. television debut as the voice of Tinker Bell in Syfy’s four-hour live-action miniseries Neverland. The Oscar-nominated actress joins Rhys Ifans, Anna Friel, Bob Hoskins, Charles Dance, Raoul Trujillo and Charlie Rowe. Written and directed by Nick Willing, Neverland centers on Peter (Charlie Rowe) who, along with his pals of young pickpockets, have been rounded up by their mentor Jimmy Hook (Rhys Ifans) to snatch a magical orb that transports them to another world - Neverland....

Director and screenwriter Guy Ritchie recently announced the filming date of his upcoming World War II spy thriller, The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare. According to Collider, Ritchie would begin filming the movie in February of next year. Several weeks ago, it was announced that Henry Cavill and Eiza González were set to star, with Cavill playing the leader of the spy organization and González portraying a military sniper. This isn’t the first time Ritchie has worked with Cavill, with the two collaborating on the 2015 film The Man from U....

Even though their comics are popular, and they are practically staples of the Marvel universe, there still hasn’t been a good screen adaptation for them. Three movies have been released by 20th Century Fox, and a fourth was made but never saw the light of day. Now, the MCU plans on bringing the team to life once more, but fans are weary of the previous failures....

The 79th Annual Golden Globes was a subdued affair as COVID-19 surges forced the awards season’s events to be either canceled or postponed, including the Critics Choice Award, the AFI Awards, the BAFTA Tea Party and the Palm Springs International Film Festival’s awards gala. The Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced the winners via Twitter last night. As always, some award winners were givens, but we also had some pleasant surprises....

The Kennedy/Marshall Co. and Flashlight Films have optioned film rights to pilot Capt. Chesley “Sully” Sullenberger’s memoir recounting how he safely landed U.S. Airways Flight 1549 in the Hudson River. According to Variety, Capt. Chesley “Sully” Sullenberger penned “Highest Duty: My Search for What Really Matters” with Jeffrey Zaslow. Flashlight is financing development of the project, which now goes out to writers. No studio is yet attached. Sullenberger and his wife Lorrie will serve as consultants on the film, which could be a theatrical feature or a television movie....
