The Good A very well done film that is packed with many worthwhile DVD extras. The Bad As much as I appreciate the production featurettes, I wish they would have been broken down in a simpler way. Jack Harlow may have found success as a hip hop artist, but there’s no guarantee his foray into acting will turn out just as well. You can bring three more classic Bond films to Blu-ray on the same day that the latest Bond film hits DVD and Blu-ray. James Bond Blu-ray Collection Vol. 3 will hit the Blu-ray shelves on March 24, the same day that Quantum of Solace will be released on DVD and Blu-ray. This three disc set will include the films The World Is Not Enough, Goldfinger and Moonraker. The three-disc set will be priced at $84....

During a recent chat with Times Online, director James Cameron (“Titantic”) revealed some more details about what’s next for himself as a filmmaker. “I’m directing two movies back-to-back and I’ve got two more lined up after that,” he says. “Two movies using the same techniques, the same 3-D digital-camera system, the same virtual production studio. They’re big projects.” The first will come out in the summer of 2007, the second in the summer of 2009....

James Corden recently addressed his restaurant behavior while promoting his upcoming Prime Video series Mammals. According to People, the soon-to-be former host of The Late Late Show broke his silence on his restaurant behavior and Balthazar owner Keith McNally’s remarks about how rude Corden was to his staff in a recent interview with The New York Times to promote his upcoming series Mammals, coming to Prime Video. On Monday, McNally banned Corden from his restaurant and called him “the most abusive customer to my Balthazar servers since the restaurant opened 25 years ago....

If there is one role that you would expect Ryan Reynolds to avoid returning to, it would probably be Green Lantern. The ill-received DC movie was a complete flop in 2011, and Reynolds even showed contempt for the film by having Deadpool go back in time and kill Reynolds before he could make the movie in one of the final scenes of Deadpool 2. For that reason, James Gunn debunking one fan’s belief that Reynolds was planning to play Green Lantern again for Zack Snyder is not really that much of a surprise....

Another update has just arrived about the Spawn reboot that just can’t seem to make its way out of development hell, though this one appears to be promising. As it stands, only one live-action Spawn movie has made it to theaters with the widely-panned film starring Michael Jai White releasing in 1997. Plans for a sequel were eventually abandoned after the movie tanked, and though there have been attempts for years to get a reboot going, cameras have yet to start rolling on a new Spawn film....

The future of the DCU is not quite clear at the moment with DC Studios heads James Gunn and Peter Safran mapping out the next decade’s worth of projects, and for fans, many of their favorite superheroes are currently in limbo. It’s been made clear that some DC projects have been outright canceled, with that controversially including an end to Henry Cavill’s return as Superman. Meanwhile, there are other Justice League characters, like Jason Momoa’s Aquaman, where it’s hard to tell whether we’ll see them again or not....

Some very intriguing new details regarding the upcoming Watchmen TV series have emerged online. So far, HBO has been keeping a pretty tight lid on their approach in adapting the seminal DC comics series from Alan Moore for the small screen. But now we have some new info on some of the characters set to appear in the series and it indicates that there will be strong ties to the original source material, while also serving as a dramatic departure, leaping forward in time by quite a few years....

Starz has released the official key art for the new eight-episode STARZ Original series, Hightown. The series will premiere on Sunday, May 17th at 8 PM ET/PT on STARZ in the U.S. and Canada and will also air day and date on the STARZPLAY international streaming service across Europe and Latin America. Hightown is set on iconic Cape Cod, and follows one woman’s journey to sobriety, intertwined with an unfolding murder investigation....
