Wilson and Mo Murphy, scores of films have been honored as “the worst of cinematic underachievements.” However, the amusement factor in the event has significantly diminished, with many wondering if the Razzies should be put out to pasture. The idea of a film, whether a hit or a flop, “blowing a raspberry,” and being awarded a statuette for its supposed failure is an outdated and empty concept in 2022....

Pajiba is reporting that actors Jack Black, Matt Dillon and Renée Zellweger are attached to the upcoming comedy You Are Here. Mad Men creator Matthew Weiner wrote the script and will make his feature directorial debut with the project. The site reports that he was in pre-production on the movie last year, which had Jennifer Aniston, Bradley Cooper and Zach Galifianakis attached to star at that time. The production was put on hold since it conflicted with the Mad Men shooting schedule....

The scream queen is stepping into new territory! Jamie Lee Curtis has announced that she is writing her very own graphic novel. This news comes to us from Entertainment Weekly. According to Entertainment Weekly, Curtis has teamed up with Titan Comics to publish Mother Nature. The comic is adapted from an original script penned by Curtis that will also be adapted to film by Comet Pictures and Blumhouse, the film will also be Curtis’s directorial debut....

Jerry Seinfeld returns to NBC in a rare guest-star turn when he appears as himself in the second-season premiere of NBC’s critically acclaimed comedy 30 Rock on October 4 (Thursday, 8:30-9 p.m. ET), it was announced by Ben Silverman, Co-Chairman, NBC Entertainment and Universal Media Studios. “Thursday night is a powerful comedy line up for NBC. Once scheduled to open on July 4th weekend, we will now be getting James Mangold’s latest project a week earlier than expected. The new release date is June 25th. The reason for the change? Twentieth Century Fox wanted to give the film more breathing room before Christopher Nolan’s suspense thriller Inception opens on July 16th....

Lifetime Television has greenlit the Lifetime Original Movie Custody (working title), the poignant story of a widowed college professor who risks losing custody of his 13-year-old stepdaughter. Though he has raised her as his own, her biological father suddenly reappears and wants her back. Columbia Pictures has hired Jack the Giant Killer and Shrek Forever After scribe Darren Lemke to pen the screenplay for their long-awaited big screen adaptation of R.L. Stine’s Goosebumps. Columbia picked up the rights to more than fifty books from R.L. Stine way back in 2008, stories of which focus mainly on the world of YA horror. In terms of bringing this first adaptation to theaters, the studio has already thrown many writers at it, all of which have failed to crack the perfect formula....

NBC confirmed during their TCA Winter Tour presentation today that Season 3 of Hannibal has been pushed to a Summer 2015 debut. Season 1 debuted in April 2013, while Season 2 premiered in February 2014. While no exact premiere date was given, NBC chairman Bob Greenblatt had this to say about Hannibal’s debut in a brief statement. While Greenblatt wouldn’t confirm what their “exciting plans” for this summer may entail, it’s believed that the network will debut Aquarius starring David Duchovny, and the highly-anticipated event series Heroes Reborn, which just added new cast member Zachary Levi earlier today....

Good news, Harley Quinn fans: the show has just been renewed for a fourth season. The announcement is official as it comes straight from the show’s official Twitter account. Posting an image of Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy looking thrilled, the tweet reads, “You asked and HBO Max answered, ya girl is getting a SEASON 4!” The series was developed for DC Universe by Justin Halpern, Patrick Schumacker, and Dean Lorey; after two seasons, it made the move to HBO Max....

A very special reunion took place at Disney’s D23 Expo. At the event, Harrison Ford was present with Disney holding a panel for Indiana Jones 5, which has apparently been officially titled as simply Indiana Jones. Some footage of the film was shown to those in attendance as presented by Ford, co-star Phoebe Waller-Bridge, and director James Mangold. Someone else attending D23 just happened to star in an Indiana Jones movie with Ford nearly four decades prior, and with both men in the same building, they were able to reunite....

Marvel Studios has become known for teasing its upcoming movies and TV shows in their post-credit scenes, so much so that when Hawkeye ended with an additional scene that featured a full rendition of “Save the City” from the series’ Broadway show, Rogers: The Musical, fans were quick to air their disappointment. The in-universe show within a show made quite a stir when it made its debut earlier in the series, and with the song being conceived by real Broadway composers Scott Wittman and Marc Shaiman it would be unkind not to feature the full song somewhere....

For the second week this season, HBO is dealing with an early Game of Thrones episode leak, although this time, it came from HBO itself. The international versions of HBO known as HBO Nordic and HBO Espana accidentally made the upcoming episode of Game of Thrones, entitled Death Is The Enemy, available through its on demand portals for just one hour, which was long enough for it to be ripped and shared online....
